We cut a lot of wood in our shop. We rip a lot of boards down, and these are the edges..
Your box will be 24" x 10" x 4", and will be full of boards. About 20 pounds.
Most boards are about an inch thick and 1-3" wide. All kiln dry..
In our shop we cut walnut, bloodwood, purpleheart, maple, oak, ash, poplar, cedar, basswood, and many other speces. You will get 2 or more species..

The text and designs are laser engraved. No decals are used..
It will be finished with food safe cutting board oil for excellent protection (we do recommend that you reapply the oil as needed to protect the wood)..

Walnut can vary in color in both the wood and engraving. Your cutting board and/or the engraving may be lighter or darker than the example picture, though it will always be beautiful. We do not stain the boards in any way to achieve the dark walnut color. That is the natural color of walnut..
