Tumbl Trak Forster Bar Skills Trainer, 20 in x 5 in x 5 in

Tumbl Trak’s Forster Bar is a training aide intended to help perfect shifting for bar skills such as clear hips.
Developed with Coach Tom Forster, the Forster Bar is an inexpensive, useful training aide that every gym should have.
The octagonal ends allow gymnasts to practice skills, such as a straight-arm backward roll.
A rubber coating covers the bar, and gives a good grip, making the bar a safer training device.

[DEDICATED PRESS MOUNT] This mount is for the Forster Co-Ax Press and will only work with that specific press. We have dozens of dedicated mounts that are purpose built for specific presses. Please find the one for your specific press..
[9-3/4” Lift Up] Lifts your press up 9-3/4" above the work surface and gets the shellplate closer to eye level. 12-1/8” wide, 11-1/2” deep footprint and 9-3/4” tall.
[SOLID STEEL] Constructed from solid 3/16" plate steel, the Ultramount is super solid. Will not bend or flex while reloading and spreads the pressure load out to a much larger footprint on your reloading table or bench.
[Accessibility] Accessible lower storage tray and hardware for your press included. Note, when using the 4” and 7 1/2” Ultramount, with some presses, the press ram may have to hang over the bench edge and interfere with opening of drawers. Plan accordingly.
[Durability] Durable black powder coated finish. *** Note: 4 pieces of 1/4” diameter mounting bolts of whenever length/style are needed to secure to your bench or table. These are not included as the thickness/constructions of everyone's bench is different. Through bolting with washers on the underside is strongly recommended. Made in the USA.

2-In-1 boost that helps make leads stand out, slides sing, finger picking come to life and pushes tube amps into great natural breakup.
The top knob controls the volume for the “bright” boost circuit: a clean, high headroom jfet boost, with a slight emphasis on higher frequencies to liven up your tone.
The bottom knob controls the volume for the “mid” boost circuit: features a targeted boost at either 1kHz or 800Hz selected by the toggle switch.
The bypass switch also features a momentary function.
when the bypass switch is in off position, press and hold to temporarily Activate the effect.
