ILI9341 display works at 3.3V. If you use it with mega 2560, please insert TFT 3.2 shield, not directly connect board with tft lcd module..
You may need to set a suitable parameter in sketches to use this 3.2" touch screen, but it is not a difficult task..

ili9341 3.2 inch tft lcd can not work with esp32 board due to no SPI interface..

The 3.2 tft lcd expansion board is compatible with arduino mega 2560.
With tft lcd shield, you can use 3.2 touch screen with mega more conveniently.
This 3.2" lcd shield is NOT compatible with all 3.2" tft lcd. Please chheck it carefully..
